Terms of Service

The Service

The Service includes Beat Planner, Store Book, Order Taking, Van Stock, Scheme Manager, Collections and Sales Pulse, as available on the plan you choose, through the Android app and the web dashboard.

Accounts

The person who signs up accepts these terms for their business. You are responsible for the users you invite, for keeping login details safe and for the accuracy of the outlet, product, price and scheme data you enter.

Free trial

New accounts get 30 days free for up to 10 salesmen. At the end of the trial you can choose a paid plan. If you do not, the account pauses and your data is kept for 60 days.

Plans and billing

Plans are priced per salesman per month. A salesman is any user who logs in on the field app. Managers, owners and office staff using only the web dashboard are not charged. Fees are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and exclude applicable taxes.

Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for lawful distribution and sales activity.
• Do not use check-in location to monitor anyone outside working hours.
• Do not upload data you do not have the right to use, or try to access another account.
• Do not resell, copy or reverse engineer the Service.

Your data

You own the data you put into the Service, including outlet and retailer records. You give us permission to process it only to run and support the Service for you. You can export it at any time.

AI suggestions

Beat plans and order quantities suggested by the Service are recommendations. Final beats are approved by your sales manager and final orders are decided by your salesman and the retailer. You remain responsible for the orders, prices and schemes you confirm.

Integrations

When you connect billing software such as Tally, Busy or Marg, you authorise the Service to read and write the records needed for the sync. Third-party software is governed by its own terms.

Availability

We work to keep the Service available at all times and schedule maintenance outside common field hours. The field app keeps working offline during short outages and syncs afterwards.

Liability

The Service is provided for business use. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales or lost profits.

Ending the agreement

You can cancel at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or has unpaid fees, after giving notice where possible. After cancellation your data is available for export for 60 days.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
